1. About SyncMeals

SyncMeals is a nutrition guidance app providing personalised meal plans designed around the weekly injection cycle of GLP-1 medications including Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound.

2. Medical Disclaimer

SyncMeals does not:

• Provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations
• Replace your healthcare provider or dietitian
• Guarantee specific health outcomes
• Account for your full medical history

Always consult your doctor before making significant dietary changes, especially in relation to your GLP-1 medication.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use SyncMeals. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

4. Account Registration

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial

SyncMeals offers a 7-day free trial. No payment card is required to start. At the end of the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.

Subscription Plans

• Monthly plan: €9.99 per month
• Yearly plan: €99 per year (€8.25/month equivalent — 2 months free)

Billing

Payments are processed depending on how you access SyncMeals:

• iOS app: Payments are processed by Apple via Apple In-App Purchase. Apple's payment terms and privacy policy apply. Apple takes no responsibility for SyncMeals or its content.
• Android app: Payments are processed by Google via Google Play Billing. Google's payment terms and privacy policy apply.
• Web (app.syncmeals.com): Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You authorise the relevant payment provider to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• iOS: Manage and cancel via your Apple ID subscription settings in the App Store
• Android: Manage and cancel via Google Play subscriptions
• Web: Cancel from your Profile screen or by contacting support@syncmeals.com

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods except where required by law.

Refunds

• iOS: Refunds are handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com
• Android: Refunds are handled by Google. Contact Google Play Support to request a refund.
• Web: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By starting to use the service before this period ends, you acknowledge the right of withdrawal may be lost. If you have not used the service, contact us within 14 days at support@syncmeals.com for a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SyncMeals for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce the app or its content
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Use the service in a way that disrupts or damages it
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials within SyncMeals are owned by Moonova Labs Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part without our written permission.

Your personal data and meal logs remain yours. We claim no ownership over content you submit.

8. Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service
• Update or remove features
• Change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish and EU law, SyncMeals and Moonova Labs Limited shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the service
• Health outcomes resulting from following meal suggestions
• Loss of data due to technical failures

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. EU consumers may also have rights under the laws of their country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.
